DRIVER WAS AWESOME!!
SOME DIFFICULTY IN ESTABLISHING A FIRM VEHICLE PICKUP TIME. INITIALLY VEHICLE PICK WAS FOR BETWEEN 7AM AND NOON, THEN WENT TO 2PM TO 5PM, THEN WENT TO 4 TO 7PM, THEN WENT TO 5 TO 8PM. DRIVER ACTUALLY ARRIVED AT 6:59PM.
NOT VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DISPATCHER, DRIVER AND VEHICLE OWNERS!
