This is simply not true. The damage was not reported on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. If so this would have been an open shut case. If the carrier's insurance information was outdated, how were you able to file a claim with them as you previously stated? All our carrier's information is updated. If any documents are not our internal system will not allow for us to dispatch the order to them.
