Paul at Elite delivered as promised! I had not gotten a confirmed pickup time until the day before the car was picked up. After reading all the horror stories online about the auto shipping process, I had doubts the car would be shipped. My worries were unfounded.

The driver and truck were great. He met us in Miami, as close to the cars location as possible. After a quick walk around, we signed the papers and he had the car loaded in minutes. He told us when he expected to be in NY and away we went. The driver was friendly and organized.

We got the call to meet and get the car mid day on the third day. That was the early estimate of when we would meet. The car was brought to our location in perfect shape, as we left it. This experience worked great. Paul you really came through for us. I would recommend you and Elite any time!
