The experience I had with eBid Transport and the actual carrier were excellent. From the very beginning, Danielle and Lindsay ( eBay) were very helful and kept me informed every step of the way. When I contact either one, they either answered the call or text - or contacted me very quickly. eBid Transport assured me that they would set up a transport within 7 days - and they did. I fired two other companies that did not make it happen.

The actual auto transport company - AJJ Transport - from Texas - was outstanding. The owner and driver - Andy - was right on time for the pickup and knew that I had a short turn to get my vehicle from Virgina to California in no more than 7 days. After I explained to him my bad experiences I had to that point with other companies - and my daughter dad been waiting for her car for quite a while, he assured me that he would make it happen. Andy kept me informed while driving to California and delivered the car in 6 days - making my daughter very happy. I would highly recommend eBay and AJJ Transport to anyone who is transporting a vehicle across country.
