This review could not be further from the truth. First, let me start by stating we DO NOT CHARGE UPFRONT FEES. As the customer was explained, the only way a cancellation fee would have been assessed would have been if she canceled within her 5 day window and even in those cases we hardly ever charge the customer. This a clear case of another broker bad mouthing a superior firm for their gain. we reached out to this customer to clear the air but made herself unavailable. Good luck in your future endeavors.
