My overall experience was great! but the thing that sticks out for me is that I was experiencing a family crisis and ebidtransport, particularly Jackie, was very sympathetic to my needs and was able to put my mind at ease, so that I could concentrate on my family emergency. Thank you Jackie for being considerate and understanding.
The other thing that put me at ease was the trucker, Anthony. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and put my mind at ease about my car and my items.
