GREAT Experience. I was very skeptical after reading several reviews about bad shipping experiences with a variety of transport companies, but after speaking with Pete Raptis from eBidTransport, I felt much better. We discussed my options, and since I had a good deal of flexibility, I opted for the "lower bid" option. I FULLY understood that my vehicle might not ship right away...it might be 2-3 weeks, or more, at which point I would probably have changed to the fixed price option. Although Pete was handling the actual shipment, I still had the flexibility to change things if necessary. As it turned out, my car shipped less than 30 hours after I listed my vehicle, and I saved money in the process. (please note that I had a Nissan Sentra, so it was probably easier to find a carrier that had room. A larger vehicle might take longer.) The driver that picked up my car was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. There was NO upfront payment...the broker fee was charged when the carrier agreed to pick up my car. The payment to the carrier was paid upon delivery. If you need to ship a vehicle, I highly recommend eBidTransport, and especially Pete Raptis. Thanks Pete.
