I had never arranged for a car shipment before and was very nervous about the whole thing. Eric was excellent and very helpful setting up the car transport. The trucking provider we selected presented some challenges as he showed up 4 days earlier than expected and took us all by surprise. But we were able to make it work and the trucker was very nice, taking my phone calls every few days as I checked on the progress of the car. He also washed the car upon arrival in Phoenix, which was very unexpected and very nice after it had been on the road in an open carrier. We drove the car away without any problems, no scratches or damage to the car. Overall, we had a good experience and would use Eric again for future car shipments.
