I went with this company after cancelling my original pick up with Stateway Auto. Kirby assisted me and got me set up. I went with the $885 quote which stated my vehicle would be picked up within 48hrs. Well, I called the driver (Vitale) on March 29th to see what time he would be in Washington on March 30th and he said later in the evening which was great because I would be home around that time. Well he never showed up and I called and he said he wouldn't be coming because he had to wait on other vehicles and he would probably be able to pick my vehicle up Thursday morning. Okay...I wasn't going to be there, nor was the person I arranged to be there to meet him. Well, he called on April 5th and said he would be in the DFW area in about an hour and that he wanted cash. Well, I thought payment could be in the form of cash, cahsier's check, or money order?? I had to find a way to get a little over $800 out the ATM since my bank is no where near here. The hour he told me he'd be here turned into over 2.5hrs. Well he finally got my truck here, no damage done..but geesh! A little extra communication and professionalism can go a long way.
