I was in Northern Vermont and my car was in Binghamton, NY. I could not obtain a satisfactory lead time from the transport coordinator so I could be available when the truck arrived even though I tried several times to make this happen. I had to work with intermediaries to ensure the car was loaded and unloaded successfully. This could have potentially resulted in disaster. Luckily, it didn't.
