Overall I don't worry about late pick-ups or late drop-offs because of tangibles that are associated with vehicle transports but during this move which was from Texas to Minot, ND, the transporter had some mechanical issues and it took almost 9 days to reach its destination.
The driver Julius, felt bad enough at the drop-off point that he gave my son $30 for the delays and the fact the car was dirty. I'm VERY IMPRESSED. Thank you Julius and Easy Car Move, Inc
