On 11/28/12 I called Easy Car Move to update my quote on my second vehicle and they gave me a total price of $965. I had a dought on them because they never could of gave me a straight answer from the beginning. I called numerouse times asking them questions and always was asnwered with an attitude, there were times that they did not answer the phone. I received my quote and i proceed to the next step of imputing all my information including my credit card for the deposit. I received an e-mail withing 10 minutes with a confirmation number, days goes by and no call or anything so I decided to call and see the status of it NO ANSWE! withing 10 minutes I received a phone call from a company asking me if I knew that my 2 cars are sitting on the bidding board with 2 different carriers, my responce was NO I ONLY HAVE ONE CARRIER AND I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAN WHAT AR YOU TALKING ABOUT then he told me can you please call EASY CAR MOVE and ask them why you have my cars sitting on the bidding board? So thats what I did and MR KIRBY answer the phone and I asked him and he told me that I was not making any sence to him, and also asked him when my cars will be picked up and he replied (din't you put it in the contract and I said Yes but there should be a time frame) and I explained to him that this was my first time transporting my cars and did not had lots of knowledge. I asked him who I was speaking to he said WHY DOES IT MATTER and he said you know what Im cancelling your reservation you will get an email and that ASSWHOLE hang up on me. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!
