This was my first time to ship a vehicle and I knew nothing about the process. I reviewed the different companies and settled on Easy Car Move based on the reviews and price. Initially I was nervous as George, the driver, had run out of paperwork. We got information such as the license plate of the truck, VIN and DOT numbers, as well as his license number, and took pictures. We had no reason for concern. The vehicle had to be delivered by a certain date and he delivered one day earlier than promised. Both Kirby, with Easy Car Move, and the dispatcher were helpful and tolerant of my concerns. I would certainly recommend and use again if ever the need arose.
