I did tons of research and selected Hilton because of their great reviews and very competitive price, and now that the car has arrived I can say I am beyond impressed! Nicole was a pleasure to deal with (even answering the phone on the first ring BOTH times I called). She was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to set realistic expections, explaining that weather and other variables can affect scheduling and delivery time. She went to work on my order immediately, and I know she did because she had a pick-up scheduled for me the next day! I know there is some timing & luck with that, but without her immediate response to my request, it could have been missed.

The trucker, Scott Mitchell, was equally excellent and efficient and an estimated 5-7 day delivery arrived in 4 days door to door! He then (in the freezing cold) went over the car with us - even offering window cleaner and paper towells since he had to drive through snow storms.)

The agency and the trucking company expections and provided excellent communication every step of the way.
YOU CAN DO NO BETTER THAN HILTON AUTO TRANSPORT!!!
