Best decision I made using Easy Auto Ship to ship my truck from Arizona to Florida. My agent Richard was very helpful, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me the process and the policies they follow to acquire only the best, safest and reliable drivers.. The price he quoted me was fair market value and it never changed. The driver he assigned to truck, Dave, was super nice, easy to converse with and very professional and experienced. He called to introduce himself and gave us a 2 hour window to pick up, gave us an estimated day for delivery, called the day before delivery to confirm and delivered the day and time he estimated. We were so impressed we had to give him a nice tip!! It was the best and smoothest experience and I can't say enough great things about our whole experience with Richard, Dave and Easy Ship Company. Thank you for being a company that stands up to the integrity of what you advertise. Its so hard these days to trust advertising promises and its very encouraging that there are companies in business that stand behind their services with pride. I strongly recommend and hope you have the same great experience.
