To much of a headache

Will likely not use this service again. The service stated “door to door” pick up/drop off, but this was not the case. Driver required me to drive more than 10 minutes away to meet for load up. The drop off location was in an unsafe, poorly lit area , requiring me to take an UBER back to the hotel where we were staying. My suggested area located near the hotel with plenty of space for pick up was not utilized by the driver. Further, the driver was a day late for pick up, which ultimately didn’t matter at the time, but is not the service we paid for. Upon drop off, the driver chose another location that was nearby 25 minutes from the requested location. Upon booking with the company I was given a cash price, but also informed that I could pay with credit card for an additional charge. This was not the case, as the driver required cash or cashiers check. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the services provided as they did not meet my expectations. The only positive is that my car was delivered without damage in a timely manner. Could get similar results with another company, but avoid any other issues in the process.
