I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I called in April 2020 to schedule a pick up with a 5 day window June 25-July 1st. I continued to contact them because I had not heard back and was told to wait once it was closer to my pick up window. I followed their instructions and did not contact any other companies. They told me they would give me 24-48 hour notice. It was getting close to the end of of my window period nothing. I called them told them how anxious I was getting giving them ideas on how to get a driver by offering to pay more money and/or to drive to another location for an easier pick-up. Still nothing. They kept stringing me along until I realized that they do not care if they find me a driver or that now I have to scramble find a place to stay with my car and cancel a flight. They did not seem sorry or sound resourceful. Thank you for nothing and causing me much unneeded stress.
