Unfulfilled promises and poor service!

A lot of unfulfilled promises! Booked with EasyAutoShip to transport a car from NC to CO and paid EXTRA for expedited shipping. Driver showed up on time and was very friendly. Driver said he would have the car in CO three days later, on Monday. We tried calling and texting the driver on Monday and NEVER received a response. Called EasyAutoShip and was told they would send him a message to call, but offered nothing else in the way of help. Again, we never heard back from anyone until the driver called to schedule drop off... A week after he was supposed to. EasyAutoShip attitude was, basically, "sorry, you will get the car when you get it. And, even though a week late, would not refund the extra we paid for expedited shipping.
