First time I have shipped a car and needed to ship from New Haven, CT to El Paso, TX. After less than wonderful responses from other shippers, I called Easy Auto Ship and spoke with Gail. Gail is professional and friendly and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Even when I required a change to guaranteed delivery day/date (and with short notice) Gail worked to secure a reputable driver. Communication was superb and Gail made the entire experience a pleasure. I will not hesitate to use Easy Auto Ship again.
