I contracted with East West to transport my car from Ill. to deep South TX just after the hurricanes that hit the Tx coast and Fl., for a price of $995. The seller agreed to an earlier pickup time than was originally given when the contract was written. Days went by and Michael stayed in contact with me and stated that the weather and my location (6 miles from Mexico) was preventing getting a driver as they didn't come this far south in TX because they would not have another load out of my area.
I agreed to a price increase to entice a transport to haul my car, at the request of Michael, and it worked. My car was delivered, in an enclosed transport which I did not request, in excellent condition.
I would only suggest that when the company gives a transport $ quote, look at a map, and not just rely on an area code, to check the location and distance.
