A class operation. Great follow up. Alan is THE guy for shipping cars for our dealership from now on!!
This company goes beyond the extra mile in lightning fast communication, organization and a true caring about customers with unheard of service. I am a new car dealer who ships cars frequently. We have never come across a shipper who does such a good job. Alan is top notch every step of the way.
Other companies I have dealt with in the past have had poor communication with the dealership as well as the drivers and or auction houses where many of our cars come from.
The best part: I have shipped 2 cars with East Coast since finding them in an Google search not even 2 weeks ago! BOTH cars are already here!
