This was my first experience with a transport service, and I was warned to be prepared for problems. However, the only concern that arose was that the height of my vehicle was greater than the transporter expected, and they supposedly had to forfeit another vehicle loading. However, I was advised by my contact person, Rebecca Wilson, that I would not incur any additional charges, and my vehicle was loaded.

Rebecca gave me all loading details along with an accurate estimate of charges. The transport driver, Adrian, was also very courteous and kept me apprised of his progress while crossing our country.

I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle arrived only 5 days after it was picked up. The vehicle was covered in a plastic sheet while in the enclosed van, and it arrived undamaged. Adrian, the driver, was patient and informative during the unloading process.

In summary, I was delighted with the services provided by Earth Auto Shippers and the representatives that I interfaced with- Rebecca and Adrian. I will definitely consider this company for any future transport needs.
