Lied about pick up date and could not follow through

Two weeks prior to pick up date, I called E & W Logistics and asked if they could pick up up my car on 8/14/14. I specifically asked for that date as I needed to be on the road no later than the specified date. Evelyne told me no problem and took my credit card deposit of $150.00. They did not return my call for over a week as to a carrier or any updates relating to the pickup. I received an email stating they were trying to locate a carrier. I started calling to make sure everything was on schedule. Evelyne told me no problem you are all set. I called four more times as the day got close, each time she told me I was all set and I worry to much. I called on 8/13/14 to get a pick up time and Evelyne told me that they could not pick up on 8/14/14. I asked for my money back. I have not heard back since.
