We were under a time crunch to get my newly purchased vehicle from New Hampshire to Illinois. I booked with Eagle Transport because of the reviews I read and their price was just right. When I booked, on a Thursday evening, I was told the car would be picked up no later then that Monday and we’d have it by the weekend. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. My husband spoke to Paul who informed us that the problem was the location of the vehicle. It was not an easy location for drivers to get to. When Paul was told we needed it by the following Monday he said he’d get it done. They found a driver that could pick car up Wednesday. Well that driver had mechanical issues and couldn’t get there. It was now Wednesday evening and I was upset. I talked to the receptionist saying I wanted my order cancelled so I could go somewhere else (and pay significantly more). She said Paul would be in the next morning and call me. The receptionist called me Thursday at 8:30am and said they found a driver, he’d pick up the car around 1:00 and deliver it Friday. In addition it would be in an enclosed carrier at no extra cost. My car was delivered Friday morning at 10am. Somehow they pulled it off and I Thank you Eagle Transport!!
