3 WEEKS CAR STILL NOT DELIVERED-TOTALLY DISSATISFIED

I contacted Joe at EZ AUTO on 4-3, paid deposit and signed a contract on 4-4 for a pick up on 4-6 before I left town. A carrier never called or showed. The pick up was rescheduled for 4-13 when I returned FROM THE DESTINATION I WANTED THE CAR SHIPPED TO! The car was picked up and specific instructions were provided for delivery. The driver attempted to Deliver the car outside of the specified Delivery Time and Then Demanded an additional $100 above the contracted amount due in CASH OR MONEY ORDER. This was on a Sunday in a rural area and the Banks were closed, A money order for the amount contracted was not sufficient, and the Carrier left with the Vehicle. As of Today, the Car still has not been delivered.

EZ Auto Dropped the ball, They obtained this carrier and after they secured their Deposit, they could not and still have not provided me a FIRM Delivery Date. DOVES TRANSPORT is who has the Vehicle and they are holding the vehicle due to payment problems with EZ AUTO, meanwhile I-THE CUSTOMER has been out of additional Money for car rentals and EZ AUTO cannot confirm Delivery or Offer any restitution for refunding part of my money or rental expense or RETURNING MY VEHICLE.

I had to provide EZ the Cell phone number of the driver who picked up my vehicle, because I refused to call him myself since I had contracted EZ Auto for this. (which I eventually had to do to try and get my vehicle). EZ explains after the car had been picked up that the transporter wanted more money (WHICH WAS NOT THE AMOUNT I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR) I have had to work directly with Doves Transporter to get this matter resolved. My calls to EZ Auto have not been returned I have had to repeatedly call them. They offer call backs up until they CLOSE!

MY CAR HAS BEEN HELD FOR $100!!! AND STILL NOT DELIVERED. I WILL NEVER USE EZ AUTO AGAIN, I WILL FILE EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW I CAN AND I WILL FILE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. WHERE WAS THIS SITE WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR MOVERS!!!

We had the car picked up when the customer came back into town they told the Carrier when they needed it delivered the Carrier got there early and couldn't deliver the car. EZ Auto Movers had to pay the Carrier the extra $100 to deliver the car at a later date. We did it for the customer and the car was delivered. EZ Auto Lost $100 on the Move no reason for a bad review
