This is a worst experience that I ever had with auto transport. They did excellent on negotiation on the phone and after the money was taken then never get a call back or follow up. I had to call them back almost 6 times a week to check on status and they never give me much information that I wanted. They wanted me to call back a day before the delivery date. Every time when I called in to check on status and they put on hold for so long and keep transfer to the owner (Joel) and this guy keeps lying to me about the delivery date. He said he called carriers and keeps changing the days, I was waiting for them a whole day and no call no shows. Finally my car got pick up 7 days later after initial scheduled pick up date. Not only that but when my wife pick up the vehicle in California, it was damaged in the back and EZ Auto couldn't do anything about it. They said that the vehicle was like that when they pick it up. I DO NOT recommend anyone to this company. They were lying, horrible customer service and double charge on my deposit. Please be aware of this company.
