Not Dependable - Driving your car/vehicle should be a better option

UPDATE
Wanted to have my previous review adjusted as I might have misspoke. My car did get pick up today Wednesday the 26th of March 2008. This is a full week after the promise date. However, the only reason why I decided to write a followup review was the fact that the guys at EZ were very prompt to my calls.They were attentive and listened to my concerns and did their best to help me out. I can see now that they have been following up on the trucker who was supposed to have picked my car up. So I have raised my ratings and appreciate the follow up by EZ Auto Transporters.

ORIGINAL
I have placed an order with EZ on the 10th of March with a promise that the car would be picked up anytime in between Monday the 17th and thursday the 20th. We had a late night flight for San Jose CA on the 20th. Right from the 17th I have been calling and speaking with somebody or the other at EZ and my car is still to be picked up. On the 17th when I called I was told that my car would be picked up on wednesday the 19th. When no communication came on the 19th I was told that the trucker who was supposed to have picked up cancelled. I was promised that by Thursday the 20th there certainly would be someone to pick the truck up.
Thursday end of the day and some 20 calls I am asked if I could leave the car and the keys with some frind so that this can be picked up on Friday. My contact assured me that,"THE TRUCKER WAS ON HIS WAY" end of the day I kept checking with my friend to see if something else was happening and no trucker..finally I was informed that the trucker is taking the weekend off and the car would be picked up only on Monday first thing...Monday gone today is tuesday the 25th and still no sight of when my car would be picked up.
EZ has already charged me 100 as part of there commision.

My friend is having a tough time parking my car and I am not sure on what needs to be done...
