We apologize for inconvience.In this case when trucker broke down we found you another driver immediately. Driver advised you did not want the service. My records show that you were provided a service but refused. In this case my contract states that your deposit was lost. But at Ecc as I promise money back guaranteed if service not provided and as a honest business man I fully refunded your deposit.Any questions anyone has feel free to contact Ecc for proof Thank you again we apologize.
