Even though I wasn't happy with my vehicle not being I understand that truckers are not always running a certain route. I have moved my vehicle from state to state many times and I have come across this before when my vehicle isn't picked up. Now I usually have to argue or do a dispute to get my deposit back but with ECC Transport it wasn't that case. Throughout the process I was always available to speak to some one and get answers. When I called because my truck wasn't picked up I spoke with Lazaro and he was very nice and understood within 10 business days I had my refund. Thanks again I wish it could ha ve worked out.
