The worst experience ever!! I tried calling Rene the day of pickup. I still didn't know who the driver was or what time they were picking up my car. I can't count to times that I tried to contact Rene to no avail. Later that night I was told by Rene that they didn't have a driver to pick up my car.He was very sorry and to trust him to have it picked up the next day. Next day same thing happened !! Rene was not available no one would answer my phone calls. We had to use another carrier. I STILL HAVEN'T received my $150 DEPOSIT!
