Scheduled pickup was 10/20/22. Late in the day I contacted the company that contracted EBS to verify the location of the driver. I was told that the driver was delayed. There was no contact from the driver or Montway (the company that contracted EBS) to say that there was a delay. I was then told, the vehicle would be picked up on 10/21/22 between 3-4. I called Montway again to confirm pick-up and was told 3-4pm was not 6-8 pm. The driver contacted me a few hours later to tell me his new pickup time was delayed more. The driver eventually showed up and my vehicle was picked up between 9-10:30pm. When the driver arrived he was rude and lacked patience. My initial paperwork shows a delivery date of 10/24/22. On 10/26/22 I contacted Montway to confirm the delivery date as the original date had already passed. I was told that the vehicle would be dropped off later on 10/26/22. Again, no communication from no one regarding another delay. Eventually the vehicle was dropped off, thank God. We will definitely NOT use this company again. Needless to say, there was no financial compensation offered for this inconvenience. This company and the driver lacked professionalism, communication, accountability, and empathy.
