When I called to ask questions about whether indeed a pickup was guaranteed on a low-ball quote, company was rude, defensive and cancelled the quote without my request. Unprofessional. Perhaps this kind of discourtesy flies as 'business' in some parts of the country; in Minnesota it is considered boorish, uncouth. BE NICE.
