They promised to pick up my car within 5 days and deliver it to Charleston from Virginia. On day 2,3 and 4 I called them many many times and finally got a live person on the 4th day. The live person was at a call center and didn't work for or have any knowledge of who owned or ran the company. He informed me that the pickup was delayed at least another 5 days. I cancelled the pickup - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!
