They Dumped Me

I signed up for them because they guaranteed a 5 day window. This morning, they moved the goal post and pushed the window back even further. When I called to ask questions Kurt was incredibly nice, but not substantive - offered no answers and little help.

Then I called another company.

The other company explained how the industry works, why it works that way, what percent of my money goes to the driver and what percent goes to the broker etc - it was incredibly helpful and incredibly kind considering I had paid 0 dollars to them and was already committed to another broker.

So I called back EZ and Kurt refused to answer any of those questions and was very unclear about it. Then he accused me of being a competitor and a spy. Eventually, it ended a phone call later with Kurt telling me that I had already used my limit of calls and emails to customer service so that it was best I go with another broker.

And that is how I got dumped by an auto transport company. Needless to say, I am now working with the other more helpful company and neither of us have dumped the other.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOW PRICE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 DAY PICK UP WINDOW. DO NOT FORGET THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE EASY CAR MOVE.
