I booked the guarenteed 72 hour auto pickup shipment at an additional cost from Alabama to California and after 3 days I still had not been contacted to confirm a pickup time or date.
I called on the 4th day and was assured a driver will pick up the vehicle within the next 48 hours and they would call me with an update the next day.
The 5th day no update was provided, so I called again and was again assured the vehicle would be picked up the next day.
I requested that someone contact be by 10:00am pacific time with a status.
On the 6th day after 10:00 am still no contact, so I called customer service and was told that my order was cancelled.
Thier screwups now have caused me to lose the $1,000.00 deposit I placed on the vehicle.

SO DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS VEHICLE TRANSPORT COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
