They said that the car would be picked up within 5 days. I called within that time period and was told that the car was targeted to be picked up on the 5th day. That day came and went and no one contacted me. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that they couldn't tell me when the car would be picked up. I called another carrier, paid a $100 more and scheduled a pick up.
