I have had a very bad experience with Ez auto carriers, I also was working with Josephina Hernandez, She made it seem all along that she was going to help me, But all she did is lied to me and had me wait 45 day plus before I canceled. then once I canceled she told me I would get my refund returned to me. Then I was told that I have lost my refund. these people are stealing from us and making it seem that we did something wrong. I never received my refund of $100.00 do not trust or deal with these people. I will never stop letting people know how bad of a business they are and I will continue to let people know how bad they did me. Stay away from this transport company because they will take your money and give you the run around. I finally had to drive from California to Indiana and pick up my classic car. I am dealing with another transport company that did the same thing to me and got me for $150.00 deposit on the same car right after Ez auto carriers screwed me. it took me 5 months to finally get my car to California, and only because I had to take an early vacation just to go get it myself. Either I am to good of a person or stupid. be very careful who you deal with. And Don't trust that woman at Ez auto carriers JOSEPHINA HERNANDEZ!
