I made a reservation with E-Express to pick up my son’s 2014 Chevy Camaro during the recent winter storms 2014. E-Express gave me a pick up date and said they would call between 1-4 hours before the driver was anticipated to pick up my son's car on that day. I received a call from the dispatch and was informed the day E-Express had promised and was told the driver was in Michigan and they would call back an hour prior to him arriving to pick up my son's car. Again, as promised, the dispatch called and said the driver would be at my requested pick up point in an hour. The driver was right on time; even though it had snowed several inches that day. The driver was nice and said that he would have my car delivered in 5 days between 8a-10am. My son, stationed in Arizona with the Air Force, received his car in 5 days at 8:30am as promised. Great Service! I would recommend and use them again.
