Josh did a very good job of lining up the transport of my car purchased in Dallas to my home in Chattanooga. I had never shipped before and was worried about a reputable service given how bombarded I was with quotes of various pricing. I feared someone would pick up my car and I would never see it again. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 is that it took Josh a few days to line up a trucking company to make the delivery. Once that occurred, it was a super smooth process. No money required until I received my car which showed up in the same shape as when it left the dealer. It took 30 hrs from identifying the truck service to receiving my car. This must be a tough industry as others promised silly low rates and Josh was in the middle. I had more confidence with him due to a willingness to share BBB feedback on line, good or bad. This is a service to match trucking companies with people in need of that service. Seems some folks confuse that with the actual trucking service. One competing company person was really rude, stating I was getting scammed and he hoped I would “fall on my face” and come groveling back to him. Can you imagine ever working with someone like that? Anyway, josh was direct and professional. He was very available and efficient. Price was fair. I have kept his cell in the event I or others I know need this set ice in the future. I am confident that you will have a similar experience with less anxiety than I had given that you now have an honest and reliable review based on my car shipment in early Feb-19
