Dishonest and bad communication

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Dynamic that I thought I would have based on the other reviews that I read. I contacted Dynamic to move a car I purchased from TX to MN. I chose them based on the reviews on this site as well as the fair price I was quoted online. Robert from Dynamic told me my car would be picked up no later than Thursday if I went with him. So I did, and even though he told me he would call me with updates on the status of the pickup, he never did and I had to initiate about 3 calls on Thursday to find out the status of the pickup. Each time he promised me that it would be picked up that day and delivered to me no later than Monday. After about the 4th call that I initiated to him when I was worried that the car had not yet been picked up, he finally gave me the number of the actual trucking/shipping company picking up my car. The very nice lady from the shipping/trucking company told me the order they received from Dynamic was to pickup the car on Friday late afternoon, with a delivery for Wednesday. Those were the orders they received from Robert. So, Robert was being deceitful and not honest with me. To no surprise, we tried to contact Robert on Thursday late afternoon to ask about the pickup date he told me vs them, and no one would answer the phone. My car was picked up on Friday - and I didn't receive it until the following Friday - four days after I was promised. The good communication spoken about on this website about Robert makes me question the authenticity of the reviews.
