After reading several reviews of many other transporters I decided to give Dynamic a try based on amount of reviews and their numerous positive reviews in comparison to their low percentage of negative reviews, especially when comparing to other carriers.
I spoke to Christina on Thursday and she told me that they could pick up my vehicle the next day on Friday. I was very skeptical and prepared to contact another carrier if they didn't stick to their word but sure enough the transporter called me back within 1 hr to confirm pickup details and they actually picked up the car from dealership the next morning.
My only issue was that they told me the vehicle would be delivered between 7-10 days and on the 10th day I received a text that the vehicle would be delivered on the 11th day between 11am and 2pm.
I have gps tracking on my vehicle and I was able to monitor it's movement from pickup thru delivery, so when I noticed the tracker indicated they were on the highway nearing my exit 3 miles away close to 2pm I was ready. Unfortunately they kept going another 20 miles to the port instead where they stayed for over 2 hrs, then it appeared they made another stop afterwards before the driver contacted me that he was on the way. The drivers $750 gps took him to the wrong location and he requested that I come meet him but since I could see his position on my gps tracker I was able to direct him to the drop-off location. My vehicle finally arrived @ 6pm, 4hrs late, but since I was having delivery to my office it wasn't much of an inconvenience. I guess the dirt and grime is to be expected on a trip from Washington State to Washington DC riding on the bottom deck of an open carrier. I had 3 flats tires from slow leaks, probably due to my son's usage of the vehicle, but the driver was able to air them up before rolling off the truck.
Overall I was very satisfied with Dynamic Auto, they were .prompt, attentive and courteous and no issues with the payment.
BTW, Dynamic was $300 to $400 cheaper than the next carrier that I was considering in case they didn't pick up my car on time.
