Pick up was two days late but I understand that seems to be the nature of the business. I am not that upset about that but wished there was better communication. I will say that Angie did always call me back if I did not get in touch with her directly. She also was very responsive when the truckers were not there when they said they would be. The price was very good and my car arrived in same condition as we shipped it in and all the stuff we had in it was still there as well. Once the car was picked up the delivery went as scheduled.
