Not trustworthy - Late,Rude and Intimidating

George Mount gave me a quote which was $100 lower than what any of the other 20 companies gave me. I was in a hurry to have the vehicle shipped once my move got confirmed. He said he had a driver waiting to pick up the next day and they do this route twice every week.He also said that the initial $100 for REFUNDABLE and that I would not be charged until my vehicle was picked up.

I was taken for a ride by every one from this company for more than a week by the dispatchers and George Mount refused to respond after I booked the order.After more than a week of stress and around 10 phone calls I realized that I was better off paying more and going with another company and asked these folks to cancel the order.

They said that I have already beeen charged the $100.The guy also had the gall to tell to tell me that I signed up for it on my contract when he promised something else orally.Three different dispatchers told me on three consecutive days that my car would be picked up the next day and they would call me back in a few minutes and none of them did.

After two more days, a dispatcher called me and said that my vehicle would be pickled up on the same day if I paid $100 more. I agreed to this amount ONLY if the car would be picked up on the same day. I never heard from them again on the same day. I called back again the next day and another dispatcher said I had to pay another $300 for the car to be picked up the next day. I said NO and that I would wait. Finally my car got picked up by a driver after 8 days. The driver did not leave town for around 5 days.
