I moved from Nevada to Georgia, and searched lots of compoanies on the web site. Couple of companies called the same amount $700, but Duo has the best reputution from this site. That's why I signed. Here are what happen to me.

I called them and asked when the driver wil come and pick my car. Their answer was " the driver will give you a call." That's all. I waited until the appointed day, and eventually l called them. They said they could not find a driver on the day, so wait until finding a driver or raise money. What can I do? I paid another $125. Make it sure. I told them at the beginning that I needed my car till certain date. If they contacted me in advance and explained the situation, I definately rethink about everything.

On the moving day, what one of representitive (not the primary contact person) told me was they couldn't find my files. Thet's why my confirmation was delayed. Are you kidding me? What's going on your system? After calling lot of times, they told me that they only can pick my car the next day. I had to find and ask my friend to ship my car. After moving to Georgia, I called to the sales representitive, and when I can have my car. The same answer again." the driver will give you call. It generally takes 4-5 days."
