Hi, Id like to offer an explanation to this particular situation: unfortunately we are experiencing some difficulty with this particular route. It is not only extremely frustrating for the customer, but for us as well. Mainly because at Duo Fast Transport we are use to transporting our vehicles with no headache what so ever. When a situation like this arises we make sure to give it extra attention, and will do everything in our power to accommodate the customer as best as we can. We have experienced personal who quote the routes out, but unfortunately we cannot control what other companies post on the dispatch boards, all we can do if there is a problem is do our very best to work it out ALWAYS putting our customer first. This customer has been kept informed, with no lies throughout this time. This customer has been a priority on his dispatcher's list, and has even been informed to give up our transport fee and add it to the carrier pay in effort to accommodate this gentleman and his family. Other companies out there lie out of these situations or simply refuse the order. At Duo Fast we never turn our back on the customer and work through it with honesty, even if it mean that we loose our fee. On top of it all this customer is not only booked with us but with 2 other companies as well, making it EXTREMELY difficult to work with our drivers. We have even had drivers refuse to pick it up because they are unsure as to which company really has the contract. Our carriers do not appreciate driving the distance to go pick up a vehicle that they are unsure if it is available to pick up, making everything even more complicated an difficult. Bottom line, we offer our sincere apologies for your inconvenience, and we are still trying to work through the issues with this route. At Duo Fast we pride ourselves in our services and our work moral. We value honesty and hard work. We understand that in a situation a customer can get frustrated and the best thing that we can do is continue to work through it and offer our 100% effort. We take extreme pride in the fact that the majority of our customers are content, and that shows the type of company that we are.
