I hired Rick on the recommendation of a fellow Lincoln and Continental Owner's Club member.
The level of service was astounding. Rick picked the car up in Michigan for delivery to the Hilton Head Concours on Friday. Rick picked us up at the airport in Georgia, 40 miles from the host hotel. Rick drove us to the hotel and unloaded and bid farewell until Monday. Rick showed up right on time Monday and took us back to the airport in Georgia and then returned our car to us on Tuesday. Not a scratch.
That is the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
