Hats off to Dream Auto Transport and Pacific Transportation! From start to finish both Dave Jenkins and Zaza were exceptional to work with.

The process started with a transportation web banner blitz and contacts from what seemed like endless choices. I narrowed down my picks to those companies who sent me emails versus calling because I get a "too pushy" feeling about "sales calls". David's email was short and too the point...here are the details you provided, here is your quote and here is what to expect from us as a transportation company.

I reached out to him via email and by phone and it was a done deal! He had Pacific Transportation call me that same day with a first available pick up date which was only two days from the sign of contract. Zaza (the driver) was there on-time and took the car within 15 minutes (super simple process).

I spoke with Zaza twice during my car's transport to keep posted on anticipated delivery. He delivered my car four days later (albeight two hours later than expected) to my door with no damage to report.

I would DEFINITELY USE DREAM AUTO again but knowing what I know now and how fast they work...call them when you are ready for transport instead of a month out. Also be prepared to meet the driver on a main street versus your door if you live in a gated community.
