Horrible service

I am in the military and transferred from Delaware to Oregon. I made a reservation 3 months in advance for two vehicles to be shipped and I was told since it was so early there would be no problems. I left Delaware and the keys with a friend so the cars could be easily picked up. They were to be picked up on June 10th I got a call on June 17th asking to move my cars a hour north to a better pick up location. I was already in Oregon how can I do this. Plus they had 3 months to set this up. After finding another company (ship my car now) they picked both vehicles up the day after I made the reservation. Still trying to get my deposit back they kept stalling saying they are still working on getting a hauler, left a message that I found one and would like my deposit back but they no longer answer or return calls. Luckily the better business bureau is really good at getting money back so I will be contacting them to help me out.

Jeff has every reason to be upset. He gave me more than enough time to ship his vehicles. He will be receiving a Refund on his deposit. I'm glad he found a company to ship his two Vehicles.
