Cost: One of the lowest I could find in a couple of days search.
Service: Excellent, easy and convenient to reach either the driver or the owner over the phone or by email
Pickup:Allowing for the fact that one requires ample space to load on to a 14 wheeler.. the pickup was almost at doorstep
Paperwork:Hassle free, 3-5 mins
During Transit: Update of ETA by driver / Owner
During Delivery: Before time and easy, no hassles or issues.
Transit Damage: Sent via open mode, still no scratches nor dents (luckily it didn't drive through any hail :P )
Driver: Courteous and Helpful (I kept asking him questions and stayed there all the while he was loading my vehicle)
Operator/Owner: Patient and courteous. (I called him and emailed him several times for clarifications)

My Verdict: I haven't had experience with a lot of transport companies, however my experience with Door2Door was great. And I would definitely try them again and even recommend them to my friends.
