I will never recommend this company to any of my military friends or any one that are moving! This company claims to be a military/family ran business (Kelly and JR). I am retired military and got treated rudely and much disrespect! I was qouted for a price and received my contract from my email. The company charged my credit card for another price. I called the company and got the run around. You need to talk to this person and that person. They lied to me and told me it takes 60 days for my money to be returned. Which I knew was a lie cause the claime at your credit card place, you have to have all the dispute paperwork in by 60 days. So this was a way for them to keep my money and not forfit anything up. Real cheaters there. After the 60 days I waited no refund nor a call. So I called the company back and got the run around by AJ, saying I need to talk to Kelly his brother.Kelly never called me back after 3 calls where made to him, inwhich I left my number all 3 times, and no reply to my calls. AJ told me that Kelly is the one who has to authorize my refund. Yea right, I really knew that wasn't going to happen, cause after our talk Kelly was unprofessional and rude, he told me not to call his company again. This is my money and he asked like it was his. I authorized them to take a set fee off my credit card and they did the opposite. He got upset at me for not wanting their service. One of his employees called me and told me that she heard the qoute that was given to me and offered a cheaper quote. I really didn't want to do business with Kelly so decline the offer. I am still fighting this company. This company was not true to their word on the contract nor there word on calling back. They lied to get me off the phone, but I am not sitting back! I read in the contract once your car was on the board it's a done deal, but if you have a breach of contract the contract is AVOID. I am not sitting back!

We would like to thank Mr. Brooks for his input in this matter, but he is leaving out some important facts. Initial contact with Mr. Brooks was on Friday 8/27/2010. He explained he was on a short notice transfer and needed his vehicle picked up the next day, Saturday 8/28/2010 and delivered Sunday 8/29/2010 going from Nv to Ca estimate 163 miles. He also wanted to follow behind the truck in a seperate vehicle which was no problem. We immediatly rerouted our driver(at no extra charge) to meet Mr. Brooks needs. Later that day Brooks called in and said he would like to cancel because he found a company that would transport his vehicle for $45.00 cheaper. At this point we obviously offered to match or beat the other companies quote, since we already invested half of the day, time and gas at 3.45 a gallon at that time to satisfy his initial request. At that time Mr Brooks became very hostile and impossible to communicate with to say the least. We as a company have faith that we will learn and grow from this and hope Mr Brooks takes responsibility for his actions and understands that as a company we invested time and money to fullfill Mr Brooks short notice request.We know that this review will show that all of our reviews are legitimate and this review does not reflect how we deal with our valued customers.
